Artful Gathering is an
 Online Art Retreat designed with our world wide attendees in mind. In order to present you with the best possible online experience, there is a
 registration fee for entrance to this site. This nominal $5 fee helps to offset the cost for internet space, storage, and usage.

To test your computer's ability to view Artful Gathering workshops, please click on any of the videos located on this front page. Allow your computer to fully process the video and play it through for about 3 to 5 minutes.


Welcome and Orientation:

All Artful Guests are encouraged to visit our Welcome and Orientation room for assistance with site navigation, technical information, and assistance with using the functions of our online classrooms.



Door Prizes are free to all attendees.

Concepts, projects, and class outlines are the property of the instructor and should not be copied, produced, in part or whole. All downloadable information and graphics are for your personal uses only.



Refunds:

Artful Gathering workshop tuition is not refundable once a participant enters their online classroom.



Workshops are presented in their entirety so that participants can work on their own unique time schedules and time zones. All workshop rooms are open 24/7 and your instructor will be available to answer your questions for the entire six week period of your class.



Instructor's offerings: All workshop add-ons are offered by individual instructors. Kits and class DVD's are transacted directly between instructor and participant. Please send all questions and inquiries pertaining to workshop add-ons to info@artfulgathering.



Planning your workshop schedule:

You are welcome to purchase as many workshops  as your time allows. Please be sure to schedule your time so that you can comfortably complete your class by its conclusion. In most cases, registration to a class can extend by two weeks past the start date of the class. Participants are responsible for finishing by the closing date.



Dvds are offered to class participants in many cases by your instructor for purchase. This is offered as a courtesy and as an optional enrichment, but it is not a requirement of the instructor to make it available. Where offered, Dvd prices are extended at value prices to in-session students only, and will not be offered to students who are not attending the online version of the class.
